Each order will be sent to you in Melanie Ostler branded packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

Please see T&Cs. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

Shipping

Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch of your order if an item is in stock. All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked and insured and requires a signature upon arrival.
